Sheer fabrics have the finest weave and allow sunlight to stream through during the day while maintaining daytime privacy. Depending on the tightness of the weave, outside views can still be preserved while the blind is down.
Sheer fabrics provide good UV and heat protection.
If heat protection is a top priority for you, choose a fabric in a lighter shade to ensure maximum heat reflection.
If clarity of the view to the outside is important, choose a dark colour.
We have designed over 200 fabrics for our blinds. Our passion for textile pushed us to design our own fabrics, in order to create a unique product. It is different to what can be seen elsewhere, and it is part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that every blind we manufacture is unique.
Creating our own fabrics is a rewarding design process. It involves constant global research to find the right yarns, patterns and weaving or knitting technologies.
Understanding colour trends is also part of the process, and leads to numerous trials and tests to achieve the most striking shades of whites, charcoals, browns but also brighter colours.
